Curamik Electronics is the market and technology leader in Direct Bonded Copper products (DBC), such as ceramic printed circuit boards, metal-matrix composites for heat control applications, and cooling systems for high-performance computers and industrial applications. Application areas of ceramic printed circuit boards include the automotive industry where they are utilized in energy management solutions in hybrid vehicles. The process of bonding copper with ceramics is called direct copper bonding.
Several independent production lines in Germany (Eschenbach) and Austria (Klosterneuburg) are at the disposal of our customers 24 hours a day. We ensure quick implementation of your custom design into a cost-effective layout with DBC technology suitable for volume production. We also provide prompt preparation of low-volume parts and samples. We develop new products and quality characteristics together with our customers. |
